Can I replace the bulb?
Yes, you can replace the bulb in each of our lamps. However, it is important to use only an LED bulb, as other types can generate excessive heat, which can damage the product. The replacement is very easy—simply unscrew the old bulb from the top and screw in a new LED bulb.
Is it possible to adjust the brightness of your lamp?
Yes, each lamp are equipped with a dimmer switch, which allows you to adjust the brightness
Can I use smart bulbs?
Our lamps are compatible with most smart LED bulbs. Simply replace the regular LED bulb with a smart LED bulb and set the dimmer to the highest brightness level. Then you can control the lamp using the app.

How can I place an order for Delimar.studio products?
To place an order, you can use our online store on the website. Select the products you need, add them to your cart, and proceed to checkout. Fill in the necessary contact information and choose a payment method. After confirming your order, you will receive an email with the details of your order.
How can I check the status of my order?
An order confirmation is automatically sent to your email address when you place an order. If it doesn't appear in your primary inbox, please check your spam or junk folders. If you do not receive the confirmation within 24 hours, please contact us at delimar.studio@gmail.com.
Can I edit/cancel my order?
If your product has not yet been produced or shipped, we can make changes or cancel your order. Please email your request to delimar.studio@gmail.com. Important! If you have received a tracking number indicating that your item has been shipped, unfortunately, we cannot cancel or modify the order. Thank you for your understanding!
What are your delivery time?

Shipping is processed within 1-2 days of your order, and all shipping options are completely free of charge.

We offer two shipping options:
1. In-Stock in Florida: If the lamp is available at our Florida warehouse, it will be shipped within 1-2 days and arrive within 3-7 days for US residents.
2. Out of Stock in Florida: If the lamp is not in stock in Florida, it will be shipped from Ukraine, with a delivery time of 10-15 days.

How much does shipping cost?
One of the main priorities of Delimar.studio is to provide free shipping for all our customers. This applies to both domestic and international orders, allowing our customers to save and enjoy high-quality products without worrying about shipping costs.
What countries do you ship to?
We primarily ship our 3D products to countries such as the USA, Canada, the UK, Australia, European countries, and more. If you need delivery to another country or region, please contact us at delimar.studio@gmail.com. Delivery times may vary depending on the destination. Each order is processed individually.
Can I track my order?
Once your order is shipped, you will receive an email notification with a tracking number that allows you to track your order. Additionally, you can visit the "Track Your Order" page on our website, where you can check the status of your order. We keep our customers informed via email about the shipment, key transit points, arrival in the destination country, and other details about your order.
Can I exchange an item?
Yes, you can request an exchange within 14 days of receiving your order. Please email us at delimar.studio@gmail.com and let us know which items you would like to return and which ones you would like to exchange them for.
What is your return policy?
If you are not completely satisfied with your order, you can request a return by emailing us at delimar.studio@gmail.com using the email address you used for your purchase. Once we approve your return, we will send you instructions on how to ship the package. Items sent back without a prior return request will not be accepted.

Please note:

-To be eligible for a return, the item must be in the same condition that you received it.
-The return request must be made within 14 days of delivery, and the item must be returned within 30 days of delivery.
-The cost of return shipping is the buyer's responsibility.
-We recommend returning items in their original packaging to reduce packaging waste.

Where is my refund?
After your order is canceled or refunded, you should expect to see the refund in your original payment method in up to 10 business days.
What can I do if my order arrives but doesn't meet my expectations?
If your order arrives damaged or defective, please take photos of the item and send them to us at delimar.studio@gmail.com.
How long will the return process take?
This depends on the carrier or method you choose to return the item. Once we receive your return, we will send you a confirmation email. We strive to process refunds within 3 days of receiving the item, but it can take up to 10 business days for your payment provider to complete the return to your original payment method.
